I believe my laptop screen is stuck in tablet mode

My HP envy x360 screen looks like it is in tablet mode with the icons enlarged and the top borders of apps are also enlarged like it would be if it was in tablet mode. Another reason why I believe it is in tablet mode is because the keyboard symbol that only shows when it is in tablet mode is on the taskbar. I am still able to use my keyboard but now to screen will not rotate and the rotate lock is off. It always switched back and forth perfectly fine but now it is not. I could get used to the visual stuck like the enlarged icons but it not rotating is a problem because I do rotate my laptop a
