i am using Outlook Express and now purchase office 365, How to move emails in Office 365?

i am using outlook express and now purchased new laptop in new laptop office 365 installed and i have multiple dbx files that i exported from outlook express. but there is no option to import dbx files into outlook.

What is the easiest way to transfer multiple Outlook Express database to MS Outlook 2019/2016? We want a straightforward way to convert data.
