I am unable to remove any bluetooth device and also not able to previously connected device. Tried many things from internet help but still helpless.

I am unable to remove any bluetooth device and also not able to previously connected device. Tried many things from internet help but still helpless.Need some online help. I tried removing bluetooth device but still it is showing in my system. Also tried the Device manager to remove the bluetooth device driver, updating the device drive but still not able to solve the issue.
