I am unable to publish recent images using Microsoft FrontPage. Why? See description of problem.

Hello, I use Microsoft FrontPage to manage my website. Recently, I was not able to publish an image after going through the Insertion process. ( I can still publish text changes in a document.) My host said the image file in html did not have '/' before PICS in the image name. Remotely and graciously, he corrected the problem. However, with another image, I had the same problem. This time in html in FrontPage, I added '/' to PICS in the designated image name, but the inserted image was deleted. In view of the earlier solution by the Host, I do not know why this had occurred.
