I tried to log into my microsoft account on my laptop and then it said wait a moment and was loading for a long time then stopped. I noticed the lights under my keyboard were flickering suggesting a glitch or something is going wrong. So i held the power button down to shut it off (the screen wasn't turning on ans nothing was working). When I turned the computer back on to sign into my microsoft account. I click sign in takes half a second to load before I enter my password then kicks me back to the main screen. I am unable to enter my password, and the computer itself is glitching out to the
