i am unable to install halo wars 2 i keep getting error 0x80073cf9

Hi i am currntly trying to install Halo wars 2 from the xbox app on my windows 11 PC and i keep getting error 0x80073cf9. I have tryed everything to try and get it to work. has anyone got any sugestions as its driving me crazy. thanks in advance.
