I am unable to download certain apps on the Microsoft store, is there a way to solve this?

I saw a different post with the same problem, but i couldn't solve my problem. I tried going to settings to see if that would help, but it didn't. I think this was because they were using windows 11. In settings it says that I am using windows 11 pro, and I am using a microsoft surface pro 8, if that helps. Thank you!
