This is what I did step by step:1. I went to the Control Panel.2. I went to User Accounts.3. I selected Manage Accounts.4. I clicked "Add a user account."5. After adding the new user, I immediately made the new user the admin.6. I went to switch users, and when I clicked "sign-in," the loading icon swirled and then halted.I do not know what to do and am heavily debating resetting the PC.Interestingly, when I logged into the Microsoft store with the email for the admin account, I was prompted with a password option, which happened to be the password for my local account (previously the admin ac
