I am trying to use a proxy server, but it works for 2-5 minutes and after that it get disconnected even the manual proxy setting is on

I am trying to use the proxy server in chrome browser for testing purpose using jmeter. I have installed the jmeter certficate on local machine and also on browser. Still its getting disconnected several times.
