I am trying to print from my laptop.

I am using an HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One series printer. All connections and wifi good. Tried to print copy of resume and the only thing that printed was my email address which was in blue on the resume. Tried to print copy of bank statement. Categories on the page printed but no writing, letters, or numbers. Help.
