I am trying to download Roblox off of Microsoft store, but it never loads after being launched.

The downloading part using Microsoft Store was fine. But, when I launch the app, a white screen appears with the words Roblox in the middle, never loading. It also makes a ding sound every time this happens. I cannot download off the the website on google chrome either, launching the app is impossible. I follow all of the instructions to download it but it always says cant launch Roblox since "another" Roblox window was launching, even though I couldn't see any. If this does not happen, Roblox says please wait, while proceeding to not move the green bar at all.
