I am tiring to instal win10 from a USB to a new SSD (get error can't parse)

Hello I am trying to instal win10 from a USB J:\ to a new SSD H:\this is the command I used at the CMD. It seem like it will work but I get this error message.If you know a different way OI am open j:\>setup.exe H:Windows Setup cannot parse the provided command-line options.
