I am stuck on Blue screen of death. Someone help please

So suddenly i got stuck with the blue screen of death. I restarted my pc and it said "your pc ran into a problem" and then it restarts. Now everytime it restarts and shows "preparing automatic repair" and then it shows "choose and option"1. Exit and continue to windows 11 (i clicked and it restarts the pc to same point)2. Use a device (i tried using usb hd disk and still nothing happens)3. Troubleshoot (tried resetting both normally and advanced, its says (there was a problem resetting your pc.
