I am stuck in recovery mode and nothing I do can get me out of it

I was trying to replace my operating system because in our in the wrong one and formatted the drive that I had my operating system on and now when I turn my computer on I go straight to recovery mode and it says “ Log file: E:\recovery\windowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrails.txt” I tried sfc/scannow and I restart my pc and it has the same problem from the command prompt on advanced options troubleshoot. I tried chkdsk and it just says it found problems but doesn’t give me the option to fix them
