Hello,For the past week or so, I have been locked out of my Microsoft account, which is not this one. When I attempt logging in, I am greeted with a page saying "Help us secure your account." I follow the instructions, to where it asks me to verify the last four digits of my phone number. When I enter them, I keep seeing "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." Absolutely nothing I have done has been effective in getting past this message. What can I do?
