I am running my laptop with Vista in the Safe Mode. Otherwise it is so slow & full of infections that it barely runs in the regular way. I am willing to reinstall Vista from my 3 recovery discs, or install a Windows 7 disc which I received when I bought this Toshiba Satellite in 2009. Please advise as to how to go about doing this. Thank you.
