I am planning to delete temp folder from my system ?

I’ve been trying to completely uninstall JetBrains from my system, but I’m having trouble fully removing it. Has anyone else faced this issue or knows the best way to ensure it’s entirely removed. here is the problem IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate with 3.46 GB space ...... I looked up how to completely uninstall JetBrains, and Google suggested deleting the temp folder.Has anyone tried this? Is it safe, or is there something else I should consider before doing this?... <removed by Moderator, Off topic>
