I am not able to sign in on my pc cos I forgot the pin. And fingerprint isn’t working or is disabled. How can I test my computer to log me in

I have forgotten my pin to log into my computer it is not accepting my fingerprint only asking for pin. I tried to reset password but the information I send to Microsoft says it’s not me. But it’s me. I have 2 accounts. How can I switch the account on the login page on my computer
