I have already purchased Microsoft office. Upon entering the product key to activate it, am missing 3 characters in my product key. i have the receipt from the shop who issued me the product key. But the print on it is not clear. I cannot see 3 of the letters or numbers on the document. The shop advised me to contact you, send you the serial number so i can get some help. can you please provide me with the missing characters please.
