I am looking for the circle with a Plus sign in it that I can put in an excel box to track the progress of a task

I have seen this done many times I just have never set it up. I want to put a circle with a plus sign in it in a cell of excel to indicate the status of the project it is representing. When the project is started I want 1/4 of the circle plus sign filled in. At specific steps of the project i want to fill in another 1/4 of the circle plus sign. When the project is completed i want to fill in the last 1/4 of the circle.
