I am locked out of my computer by Bitlocker recovery and don't have the key recovery number

My laptop (Lenovo Yoga, Windows 11) ran completely out of battery and I’m now facing the BitLocker recovery screen.I’ve never activated/enabled BitLocker on this computer and I’ve never received a key to save or note on a piece of paper, nor do I have it saved on a usb. I've got my ID number and my device is in my microsoft account but there is no bitlocker recovery key to be seen.There is vital data on my computer so it would cause me great difficulty to re-set the computer and re-install windows.'Recovery key hints' section on this Microsoft page seems to imply that a BitLocke
