I am locked out of my admin account on my PC.

My Windows 10 user login doesn't recognise the password, but I cannot change it without a USB password recovery, which I don't have.Note I do not log into my MS account when I login to the PC, but just have the admin account as a local user. I can log into a non admin account without any problems, but of course without admin permissions there are some things I cannot access nor do.I have tried various suggestions such as rebooting in safe mode but nothing fixes it. I can log onto my MS account and access email, etc without any problems.I am simply locked out of the admin account at a local lev
