I am having trouble installing Windows 11 onto a fresh SSD.

Hi, just built a new PC and I've been trying to install windows 11 from a USB onto a new SSD. I initially got to the windows install page and I got the stop code error 0xc000021a. Since then I have been stuck in a restart loop and I can not return to the window 11 install at all? Please help!
