I am having problems with my HP Pavillion laptop's internet.

I recently got a HP Pavillion laptop, not even a month ago. I am having problems with the network staying strong. It is definitely a device sided issue, because my other laptop (which is less quality than my new one) runs internet perfectly, with no interruptions. This issue also happens with other internet connections. The issue I am having is that every 10-15 minutes or so, my internet suddenly becomes slow for around a minute. This does not happen with any other devices in the house.I have tried:Installing a new network adapterFlushing DNSRestarting my laptop... way too many timesResetting
