I am having issues with Valorant and Riot Client

Hello, so here is my problem, i installed Valorant 2 months ago until i decided that I don't want to play it more because whenever I play it closes then when I open it again, I now have an error which I didn't have a few moments ago, when I fix the error, another one pop up, so there is that, then I decided that i will uninstall it but it won't let me, I tried uninstalling it at the Control Panel at the "Installed App" but it still won't let me, so I decided to delete the folder itself, I did delete the folder and i successfully do so, but the Valorant and Riot Client is still at the "Installe
