I am having issues with securityhealth

I have also tried with no luck the thread and answers / solutions Redirecting I have tried using the zip and looking in securityhealth folder was some files in there but the actual securityhealth.exe will someone please advise a way to fix the error "When i try to open Virus & threat protection, it says "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app".
