I am having issues with my 2023 HP 15s laptop built in keyboard no longer working.The first recommended step is to run the Keyboard troubleshooter in "Additional Troubleshooters", however "Keyboard Troubleshooter" is not listed.In System> Troubleshoot > Other trouble-shootersI have:Most FrequentAudioNetwork and InternetPrinterWindows UpdateOtherBackground Intelligent Transfer ServiceBluetoothCameraProgram Compatibility TroubleshooterVideo PlaybackWindows Media PlayerSo my question is why is the keyboard troubleshooter not listed and how can I get it installed.
