I am having an issue with an exe file

Hello I was trying to run a specific program recently, and I managed to get a few things working, but this error has prevented me from even attempting to run the exe file since then I don’t know how to fix it and I don’t know what the issue could be it doesn’t specify anything more than this I checked a few places online and came up empty handed one thing to know, though is this is the only exe file on my computer that has had this issue and no matter what I tried to run it with nothing works
