I am having a constant shutdown/reboot and see a report on a Fan Control App crash each time.

A new computer, Windows 11. Constant shutdown and reboot (blue screen). Running Iolo System Mechanic report shows a Fan Control App crash each time it shuts down. Any ideas on how to correct this? I have tried several app repair methods, one said corrupted files had been repaired, but problem persists.Any ideas on what this is and how to fix it?
