I am getting "no internet, connected" for every Network I connect to

So I have tried with two network connections. The first was an ethernet connection the second one was an wifi connection.Both are working on every other device other than my windows 11. My network connections were completely fine but then I changed the IP adress and DNS server adress of the ether connection by going intocontrol pannel >network and internet >Network and Sharing Center >Change adapter settingThen right click on properties of the ethernet item.
