I am getting constant freezes and crashes on my Laptop.

About a year ago my laptop started getting BSODs about 4 or 5 times a day so i followed some guides and it lessened them but they still happen especially when i try to play certain games or certain programs. I recently updated to windows 11 and now my laptop just freezes or goes black.
