I am facing an issue where white transparent boxes appear on my screen every time I click somewhere.

Hello,This happens regardless of the application or location on the screen. OS: I am currently on windows 11 24H2 I have already tried turning off the "underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys" via control panel But I am still getting this issue. Please help me. Thanks in advance for your assistance
