I am encountering an error Code 0x80073CF3 when installing Messenger

Hello,So the problem is that I have messenger installed already but when I checked once again, messenger is not installed my PC. At first whhat I am intending to delete is microsoft edge because when I click a link sent from messenger, it opens up on edge. So I searched how to remove edge and I have proceeded on doing the below steps: If the Uninstall button is grayed out, you can use PowerShell to uninstall Microsoft Edge: Click the Start button and search for PowerShell.Right-click it and choose Run as administrator.In the PowerShell window, paste the following command and press Enter:
