I am connected to the internet via ethernet but i cant stream youtube

Hello guys,I am using a wired connection into my pc straight from my router. I am getting perfect download speeds and good ping however I can not stream any youtube and i can not play games such as fivem and redm. When looking at get help it comes up showing "you're connected to the internet. The network connection quality might be low." I have tried everything under the sun to fix this and nothing has worked. I tried contacting Virgin media about the issue but they are completely useless any help would be appreciated.
