I am attempting to install the new 2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe and it gets almost finished then stops and gives me a error message

I downloaded Turbo Tax 2024 and upon installing the download I get a message that says I need to sign in as an administrator but I am the Administrator and the only person on my account. It does this when it is almost done with the install. I have downloaded the file a few times to make sure it isn’t a corrupt file and also have clicked on the run as administrator tab. I have disabled my anti virus software during the process and that did not make a difference. Anyone else having this problem ?
