I am using Windows 11 with Microsoft 365. I contacted HP support for held as my HP Pavilion shows the printer as connected and ready, but it will not print anything. The only thing it will print from is the app on the phone. but I need some forms stored on my computer to print off. He went through the diagnostic process and finally said I would need to reinstall Windows. I have a lot of things that I do not want to lose with a full reinstall so tried the recovery but that didn't help. I did turn on back up to the cloud and am a novice to anything computer.
