I accidentally uninstalled the (Windows C) driver from my computer and now it will barely work, it connects to wifi but BARELY can load anything.

So I was trying to uninstall a driver for a previous software I had and my idiotic self went and uninstalled the (C) Drive, I went to Computer Management and found the file for (C) but I don’t think that everything in it is what I uninstalled because it says that the driver would be 260 gb to install and I only have 120 gb of storage, I’m really lost here and this computer has tons of important photos and files, please someone help
