I accidentally turned on fTPM in my BIOS it now has locked me out my Windows 10 OS and boots up BIOS everytime.

I've had this problem for 2 days, my OS is Windows 10 and I am using a Prime A520M-K, I haven't done much. Should I try taking my CMOS out and putting it back in?
