I accidentally removed my user

1 day i tought i downloaded a virus when i checked properties of my drives i saw a user that i didnt recognize. I proceeded to delete them and take away the permissions they had. I didnt relise that those were my desktop permissions. Now I dont have access to my drive C:\ and E:\.I've already tried doing a recovery to a given point but it havent changed anything. Please help i dont want to format my drives. this was the name of the user i deleted. screenshots of properties of the drives:
