I accidentally removed my Laptop from Linked Devices in Microsoft Account

Hi I accidentally removed my Laptop from Linked Devices in Microsoft Account. And now it's showing serial number not recognized. I saw a similar question about not having able to register devices as it is not a surface device. (Mine's an Asus Vivobook).But right now, I'm having trouble signing in whenever I restart as it cannot confirm my credentials always.
