I accidentally move my "pictures" folder to C:/user/owner (my user folder) how to restore it?

I accidentally move my "pictures" folder to C:/user/owner (my user folder) now my user folder named pictures, and my pictures folder files merged with my users files data, how to restore it? I can"t restore the default location or rename it.
