I accidentally entered a strange product key. How to know if it is safe or not?

Alright, this is embarrassing. However, this is for my own safety so I'll disclose everything. I was messing around, looking up product keys on google and decided to try them out. I picked a random sequence from the list and pasted into the bar. Then, I fixed the last letter, replacing with whatever my mind came up with on a whim. Even when a window popped up, I pressed accept - or something similar to that which activates the product key - without thinking.
