I accidentally deleted one of my sticky note.

I want to recover my stick note and for that I tried finding sticky notes folder in appdata>local>microsoft but the folder is not there.I tried the plum file but didn't help. And the worst thing I wasn't signed up at that time. Is there anyway I can get back my data. Also previous history of sticky notes application is not available.
