I accidentally deleted my bluetooth

Hello ! my bluetooth literally vanished from my computer today so I watched some tutorials and by watching those I accidentally deleted bluetooth (which was in hidden devices but I didnt know how to unhide it) from my device manager. I have downloaded a bluetooth driver and installed it (Honestly speaking idk how to install so i wonder if i did it right pls tell me how to install a driver) but it never showed in the device manager. pls help me idk anything about computer tech.
