I accidentally changed my administrator account type to system owner on windows 11 and i want to change it back. How do i do it?

I have recently tried to get permission to open a specific file, so i tried to change my account type to system owner to see if it would help. But now i cant use the Win + R command anymore to change it back. Can anyone help?
