My HyperX Cloud Stinger headset only has the audio working, and not the mic attached to the headset. My mic defaults to the system mic on my laptop, but I want to use the mic that comes with my headset, which isn't working.The mic is showing up as not plugged in, even though there's only one jack (that's already plugged in). I've already checked if the drivers have been installed and they are up to date. I've tried everything except for downloading Realtek Audio Console, which I'm having trouble installing.
