Hyper-V / Windows 2016 Standard Console Login Issue

I am looking for some direction on an issue that has started with one of our Hyper-V VM's.The Hyper-V host is 2022 Data Center, the VM is 2016 Standard and domain joined. We are not able to login to the console of the VM with either a domain account or a local admin account. -When we try we get "The username or password is incorrect".-When looking at the security logs for the local logins, there are no record of an attempt with either account.-When we login via RDP, both users are able to login without issue.
