Hw can I see whats being Deleted ?

In Windows 10, normally the delete confirmation dialog pops up when I delete anything, then once I confirm I want to delete the files or folders etc Windows will delete them. But how can I tell what exactly is being deleted when the delete dialog is already deleting things ? For example here is whats visible when Windows 10 is deleting, as you can I see I have paused the delete, but now I dont remember deleting anything this large so I want to see what its deleting before proceeding. But how can I see exactly what its deleting, why doesnt it show me the top level folder I am chose to delete ?
