hp victus Rtx 3050 Code 45

I recently purchased a new laptop (HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa1093dx). However, after some time, my laptop displayed a BSOD and restarted. Since then, my graphics card has been showing a Code 45 error. It works intermittently but keeps turning off by itself. I tried resetting Windows, and it seemed to fix the issue temporarily, but the same problem occurred again.
