Hi, I have an HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14 12th gen. this the year I got it( the year it came out) I have been using it without any problem until I think it was around May this year, when my touchscreen functionalities stopped working. this was around the time when I was updating Bios. I have be in contact with hp and Microsoft customer services but no avail.
